How the calculation works

Days = tub grams ÷ (grams per serving × servings per day). The result is rounded down, because a half serving at the end of the tub doesn't count as a day. The run-out date counts from the day you opened the tub.

The calculator does not suggest how much to take. Use the number you already take, or the one a professional gave you.

How to avoid running out

  • Put a reminder in your calendar a week before the run-out date, so the new tub arrives in time.
  • Scoops are not exact. If your tub runs out early, weigh one scoop on a kitchen scale and enter that number.
  • Keep the lid closed and the tub somewhere dry. Moisture makes the powder clump.

Frequently asked questions

How many servings are in a 500 g tub?

Divide 500 by the grams you take each time. The calculator does that division for you and also gives the date the tub runs out.

Why did my tub run out before the date?

Heaped scoops. A scoop that looks level can hold more than the label says, so weigh one serving once and enter the real number.

Does creatine expire?

Check the best-before date printed on the tub. Keep it closed and dry; clumps usually mean moisture got in.
